Required

Experience driving organizational change and enterprise-wide agile transformations
7 plus years of IT delivery experience, with at least 5 years in Scrum Master leadership roles
Proven ability to lead multiple agile teams in highly complex, regulated environments
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing value stream management frameworks
Recognized leader in mentoring Scrum Masters and elevating delivery team performance
Proven change agent with experience driving large-scale agile and organizational transformation

Preferred

Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
Prior experience in financial services is highly desirable
