Responsibilities
In partnership with Dev Rel and Product Marketing understand our ICP and build campaigns and programs to grow our user base
Act as the marketing owner for the self-serve business, driving top-of-funnel acquisition
Optimize website performance and conversion rates using data to inform prioritization
Identify which organic and paid channels to invest in based on performance and ROI
Partner with Product Growth as necessary on in-app growth and experimentation
Establish the foundations of growth at Laravel, including processes, artifacts, and best practices
Hire and mentor future marketing team members as the company grows
Qualification
Required
Experience in growth marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment
Strong understanding of performance marketing and website optimization
Ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
Experience in building and leading a marketing team
Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
