Travel Consent Coordinator

Infinite Medical P.C. is a nationwide network of advanced practice providers and specialty clinicians committed to delivering high-quality care. They are seeking a Travel Consent Coordinator to support patient enrollment efforts by obtaining consent from patients’ families for Medicare programs while traveling to various skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

Place daily outbound calls to patients’ families, NOKs, or responsible parties to explain applicable Medicare programs, benefits, and eligibility
Clearly articulate program goals and patient benefits in a professional and compassionate manner
Obtain and document verbal or written consent in compliance with CMS and company protocols
Accurately document call outcomes and maintain detailed records in designated systems
Meet or exceed a conversion rate goal of ≥60% of successfully connected calls
Conduct follow-up calls as needed when families request additional time or information
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely enrollment and onboarding
Respond professionally to questions or concerns and escalate complex inquiries appropriately
Participate in required training sessions, audits, and team meetings
Maintain a well-stocked breakroom and common areas, including ordering and managing snacks, coffee, and supplies
Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating name badges and desk assignments
Monitor and assist with employee time and attendance tracking using EMPEON or similar platforms
Act as a liaison between leadership and staff for general office needs or support tasks
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for staff, clients, and visitors
Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities as assigned
Coordinate with designated facility contacts to support daily workflows
Assist providers by facilitating consult logistics using a tablet-based system
Ensure patients scheduled for consults are prepared and available
Support operational and clinical coordination as needed (non-clinical duties only)
Maintain professionalism and adaptability in fast-paced, facility-based environments

Qualification

Required

Proven experience in customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Comfort with frequent travel, including short-notice assignments
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or healthcare systems
Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong ownership of responsibilities
