Business Development Manager – Life Sciences

They are seeking a Business Development Manager in Life Sciences to drive sales cycles and build client relationships while contributing to proposals and collaborating with experts to ensure growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
Drive the pursuit sales cycle leveraging deep clinical domain expertise
Build and nurture client relationships as a trusted advisor
Contribute to business cases, proposals, and sales pursuits in Clinical Data Management, Regulatory, and Medical Writing
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Leads to ensure revenue growth and profitability
Support account leadership and practice teams in strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
13+ years of overall experience, with at least 7+ years in R&D or Clinical Services
5+ years in IT Sales or program leadership roles
Strong functional understanding of Clinical Operations, Regulatory, and Medical Writing
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Preferred
Prior experience in Pharma or Consulting environments
