Responsibilities
Define and own the company’s AI vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy
Lead, mentor, and scale AI, ML, and research teams
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning systems
Align AI initiatives with business objectives and product strategy
Drive adoption of best practices in model development, MLOps, governance, and ethics
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine build vs buy decisions
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases
Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and reliable in production
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, or data science roles
Proven leadership experience managing senior engineers and researchers
Strong technical understanding of modern AI techniques and architectures
Experience delivering AI systems into production at scale
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Strategic mindset with strong commercial and product awareness
