Responsibilities

Supporting forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support engagements through detailed financial analysis

Analyzing financial statements, general ledger activity, transactions, and supporting documentation to identify trends, irregularities, and case-relevant issues

Preparing financial models, valuation schedules, damages analyses, and supporting calculations using accepted valuation and forensic methodologies

Conducting industry, company, and market research to support valuation assumptions and litigation positions

Assisting with forensic investigations, including transaction reconstruction, asset tracing, and electronic document review

Preparing clear, well-organized workpapers that document analyses and conclusions

Assisting with client-ready deliverables such as expert reports, exhibits, schedules, and demonstrative materials

Collaborating with forensic accountants, valuation professionals, and litigation consultants to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality client service

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

1+ year of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, litigation support, audit, or investigative services

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-service environment

Interest in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and valuation work

Preferred

Master's degree preferred

Progress toward CPA, CFE, or CFF certification is a plus, but not required
