Responsibilities

As the VP of Commercial Operation you will lead a team who is responsible for managing key relationships

You will lead commercial pricing for new and modified products, including COGS analysis, margin optimization, pricing alignment, and issuance of pricing letters, partnering with Finance and Business Development

You will also be responsible for managing all client contracts, including commercial supply, development and licensing agreements, and term sheets, ensuring accurate capture and execution of key commercial provisions

As the VP you will support customer revenue budgeting and forecasting through participation in the site S&OP process and related planning forums

You will be an integral member of the site, partnering closely with the GM, supply chain directors, and BD team to identify and drive in-year revenue opportunities with existing customers

Required

Bachelor's degree in science, business administration or other related field

10+ years of relevant CDMO experience

Experience leading a team in a CDMO setting, across commercial operations

Knowledge and understanding of Cell & Gene Therapy

Experience with drug product development, analytical research and development, project scale-up, product manufacturing, quality, validations, and regulatory

Based in Maryland (relocation provided)
