Maintaining the functionality of their software systems and networks
Providing help desk support
Implementing hardware and software solutions
Providing onsite day-to-day support of their IT assets
Installing or upgrading hardware and software
Troubleshooting network, server, workstation, and software problems
Documenting any work you do and the changes you make
Listening to clients' needs and helping them feel heard and valued
Qualification
Required
Experience with the installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, migrating, and/or administration of: Current Microsoft desktop operating systems
Experience with the installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, migrating, and/or administration of: Current Microsoft server operating systems
Experience with the installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, migrating, and/or administration of: Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
Experience with the installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, migrating, and/or administration of: Microsoft Exchange and Office 365
Experience with the installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, migrating, and/or administration of: Virtualization technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V
Experience with the installing, troubleshooting, upgrading, migrating, and/or administration of: DNS, DHCP, subnets, routers, and wireless
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of confidential information
