Responsibilities

Drive aggressive outbound sales efforts, generating new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach
Identify, pursue, and close new clients, exceeding sales targets and continuously expanding Servant's market reach
Own and drive the sales process—developing leads, crafting compelling proposals, leading negotiations, and closing high-value deals
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy that positions Servant Digital and Servant Talent as premier solutions within the faith and digital transformation ecosystem
Take full control of your sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to contract execution, ensuring consistent deal flow and high conversion rates
Leverage market intelligence, industry research, and networking to uncover new growth opportunities
Confidently engage with CEOs, Founders, and Senior Executives, presenting customized solutions that align with their mission and business needs
Masterfully navigate complex deals, overcome objections, and close high-value contracts with a focus on long-term client partnerships

Required

5+ years of high-performance sales experience, with a strong track record of closing large, complex deals
Proven ability to generate $2M+ in annual sales, ideally in digital solutions or talent services
Deep understanding of digital transformation, consulting, and executive talent acquisition
Driver mentality with a fearless approach to cold outreach, networking, and deal generation
Exceptional closer—able to sell value, negotiate effectively, and drive urgency
Established network of business decision-makers is a strong advantage
Experience using HubSpot CRM, Canva, and Google Suite to manage sales efforts
Ability to thrive in a fully remote, high-accountability environment

Preferred

Digital Transformation & Technology Solutions - Selling digital consulting, cloud services, SaaS, AI-driven solutions, or enterprise software to mid-market and enterprise clients
Enterprise & B2B Sales - Experience selling to C-suite executives, senior leaders, and decision-makers
Consulting & Professional Services - Selling high-value advisory services, particularly within strategy, operations, or leadership consulting
Faith-Based & Nonprofit Sectors - Experience working with or selling into churches, ministries, Christian organizations, or mission-driven nonprofits is a strong plus
Executive Search & Talent Solutions - Selling high-level talent acquisition, executive search, or workforce strategy solutions to organizations undergoing transformation or expansion
