Responsibilities
Manage and grow our established West Tennessee and Western Kentucky territory
Serve as a trusted technical and process consultant to manufacturing customers
Partner closely with customers to evaluate assembly, fastening, and material handling processes
Identify inefficiencies
Develop engineered solutions that improve productivity, quality, and cost performance
Engage regularly on-site
Collaborate with OEM partners
Apply tools, software, and automation-ready solutions to support continuous improvement initiatives across customer operations
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred)
To reside in the territory, Nashville TN area preferred
To be comfortable traveling 80% of month to customers located in West Tennessee, and Western Kentucky with 40% overnight travel
3 to 4 years of Outside Sales experience
3 years of experience working in Technical, Manufacturing or Industrial Sales environment
3 years of experience communicating with different departments
3 to 4 years of experience negotiating contracts and creating quotes
3 years of experience expanding sales territories
