Responsibilities

Administer and manage JIRA dashboards to track Agile team performance and program health

Create, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Support Agile metrics collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple teams

Develop and deliver executive-level reports and briefings, translating data insights into strategic recommendations

Ensure transparency and alignment by maintaining accurate data across JIRA, Confluence, and visualization platforms

Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Owners, and leadership to define meaningful performance metrics

Assist with KPI tracking, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain documentation and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders

Active Secret Clearance

Hands-on experience managing JIRA dashboards
