Responsibilities
Supports the EGS, Lead, and engineers in the tracking and reporting of information and in locating documents
Performs data searches and maintains open item punch list items status
Supports meeting presentations, including preparing PowerPoint presentation slides and Power BI dashboards
Supports the preparation and review of technical documents under the direction of an engineer, including supporting CAD updates/back-checking
Assures work is performed to high-quality standards while executing to the project schedule
Qualification
Required
Requires an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or 4-5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Requires an Associate of Arts or an Associate of Science degree with 3-4 years of relevant work experience, or 5-6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in software tools (MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines and functions on assigned tasks
Computer skills: A strong aptitude for utilizing the computer to collect, organize, and present technical data through the use of relational databases
Technical Skills: Ability to analyze data within technical documents to identify relevant information and properly classify that information so that it can be sorted and readily retrieved for later analysis and use by project personnel
Analytical Skills: Possess the desire and ability to monitor large quantities of information and employ efficient extraction techniques in response to requests for information
Communication Skills: Communicate with data analysts, engineers, technical experts, and management
Attention to Detail: Possess the ability to accurately identify and capture relevant technical details from within large documents and data sets
Preferred
previous Bechtel and/or DOD or DOE project experience
