Responsibilities
Perform affinity purification, digestion, and preparation of biological therapeutics using manual and automated systems
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LC-MS analytical instruments
Optimize and implement LC-MS methods to meet specificity and sensitivity requirements
Maintain detailed electronic laboratory documentation and study data
Analyze results and communicate scientific findings to internal teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields with 5+ years experience, or master's degree with 2+ years experience in a pharmaceutical industry environment
Hands-on experience with triple quadrupole mass spectrometers
Experience supporting biologics bioanalysis
Experience performing immuno-affinity purification and working with laboratory automation platforms
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and on project teams
Preferred
Experience with quadrupole time-of-flight or Orbitrap systems
Experience supporting oligonucleotide bioanalysis
Understanding of pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic study concepts
