Responsibilities
We have multiple levels of leadership start from a Leader In Training and advancing to an Assistant Manager or Management Trainee
We hire our Store, Area and District Managers from within, the Management Training Program is your path to becoming a Store Manager
A sales leader will enjoy working directly with the Guest recommending, selecting and locating merchandise based on Guest needs
Leaders will support store management with recruiting, training and development
Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store including visual merchandising, sales demonstration and coaching, and sales floor coverage
Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
Managing promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately
Complete pulls and markdowns
Help with the hiring and onboarding process
Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct
Send orders to Guests via FedEx
Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips
Complete Guest Transactions by operating the Point of Sales
Assist operations manager as needed
Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store
Partner with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts
Create design flow of the merchandise including product rotation and markdown placement
Educate the reasons driving visual strategies to Buckle leadership
Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations
Qualification
Required
Positive and passionate attitude
Ability to work directly with Guests
Experience in recommending, selecting, and locating merchandise based on Guest needs
Support store management with recruiting, training, and development
Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store including visual merchandising, sales demonstration, coaching, and sales floor coverage
Friendly and engaging attitude
