Account Director
Vurvey Labs is seeking an Account Director to support the growth of their partnership with Havas in the Healthcare vertical. The role involves managing key client relationships, driving sales expansion, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and strategy implementation.

Responsibilities
Continue the sales expansion process with key clients of Vurvey through:
Partnering with the Global Partnerships Sales team in onboarding new business partners
Activate against key opportunities to retain and grow partnerships across the portfolio of Vurvey existing clients
Collaborate and own strategy and process needs implementation through the lens of being the key client facing lead
Work with team and orchestrate to implement client managed projects
The Employee will use its best efforts to market and sell the Products/Services to customers
The Employee shall also provide the Company with regular customer updates and market feedback
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales expansion and client management
Ability to partner with sales teams and onboard new business partners
Proven track record of retaining and growing partnerships
Strong strategic thinking and process implementation skills
Experience in managing client projects
Ability to market and sell products/services effectively
Strong communication skills for providing customer updates and market feedback
Ability to maintain 110% net revenue retention across assigned accounts
Proactive in representing customer needs and submitting product or feature requests
Ability to ensure same-business-day response time to client inquiries
