Responsibilities

Own day-to-day execution of the Accessible Travel Program, building scalable workflows, systems, and advisor resources

Manage program budget, external consultants, and key supplier, media, and community partnerships

Track performance and implement operational improvements to increase advisor efficiency and sales impact

Support strategic projects across the International Team, including testing new channels, products, and go-to-market approaches for global expansion

Work cross-functionally to execute project plans and track milestones, KPIs, and program impact to support broader roll-out

Design and implement scalable, support operational systems to support a fast-growing global advisor base

Identify gaps in processes or execution and proactively design and implement solutions (e.g. automating support flows, reducing ticket volume, and improving self-service tools)
