Responsibilities
Engage confidently with clients using insurance-specific terminology
Demonstrate a clear understanding of industry trends, digital transformation, and regulatory shifts impacting the insurance sector (P&C, Life, Health, etc.)
Identify client pain points and map them to innovative technology solutions
Develop and execute account growth strategies tailored to each client’s needs
Identify whitespace opportunities and lead proactive pursuit of new business within existing accounts
Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic opportunities with clear plans to advance and close deals
Deliver consistent YoY growth across assigned portfolio
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders across all levels – from operational leads to C-suite executives
Act as the trusted advisor and go-to partner for clients, anticipating needs and solving challenges
Navigate complex client environments and influence decision-making processes
Work closely with solution architects, delivery teams, and internal leadership to structure compelling value propositions
Lead contract negotiations, RFP responses, and proposal development for large, strategic deals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
10 - 15 years of experience in client-facing roles within technology, consulting, or services firms, focused on the Insurance industry
Strong understanding of insurance workflows, terminology, and transformation themes (e.g., digital claims, underwriting automation, core platform modernization)
Proven success in growing large enterprise accounts and selling high-value, strategic technology or consulting deals
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities
Self-starter with a ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
