Facilities Project Manager
Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. is a facilities management firm seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee a government contract at a premier facility. The role involves ensuring compliance with government regulations, managing project plans and resources, and providing leadership to project teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure the successful execution of all project phases
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns
Communicate project status updates and key milestones to stakeholders, team members, and management
Lead and motivate project team members to ensure collaboration and alignment toward project goals
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and proactive manner
Manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
Ensure compliance with project management best practices, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
Evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project managers and team members to support their professional development and growth
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements
Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements
Employees may be required to participate in the select agent program which would include additional background investigations, training, and performing work in a bio containment facility, as well as meeting ongoing program requirements to maintain eligibility and compliance
Must be authorized to work in the US
Employment is contingent on passing a 10-panel pre-employment drug screen, random drug and alcohol screenings, and background/reference checks
