Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack applications
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and modern frameworks
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews
Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and performance best practices
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive resolutions
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Qualification
Required
12+ years of overall IT experience
Strong hands-on experience with Java (Java 8+)
Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
Frontend experience with Angular or React
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and web services
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks
