Responsibilities

Own the delivery of B2B partner marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring timely execution, high quality, and consistent standards
Oversee campaign planning, setup, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis
Ensure partners receive clear insights on performance and actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
Design, improve, and document end-to-end marketing delivery processes to increase efficiency, reliability, and output quality
Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement through tooling, automation, and clearer workflows
Establish SLAs, quality checks, and governance to ensure campaigns run smoothly at scale
Analyze campaign performance to understand what works, what doesn’t, and why
Identify drivers of success across partners and campaign types (e.g., formats, targeting, budget allocation, creatives)
Translate insights into practical recommendations that increase campaign effectiveness and average value per partner
Use data to prioritize efforts and guide partners toward higher-impact marketing actions
Build standardized frameworks, playbooks, and tools that allow the team to manage and improve tens of partners simultaneously
Balance standardization with flexibility by enabling customizable recommendations based on partner performance data and business context
Partner with Data, Product, and Marketing Ops to scale solutions through dashboards, templates, and self-serve tools where possible
Manage, coach, and develop 2 direct reports; set clear goals, structures, and feedback loops
Communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and external partners, simplifying complex data into clear narratives and next steps
Act as a trusted point of contact for B2B marketing delivery and performance discussions

Required

5+ years of experience in data‑driven marketing, operations, analytics, consulting, or growth roles, ideally in tech, e‑commerce, travel, or B2B environments
Strong SQL skills (must‑have) with the ability to independently analyze large datasets and draw clear conclusions
Proven experience improving processes, frameworks, or operating models in a complex or scaling environment
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business impact and practical recommendations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to influence, educate, and align both internal teams and partners
People management experience or clear readiness to manage and develop others
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Background in management consulting, internal strategy, or operations excellence roles
Experience building standardized playbooks or scalable partner programs
Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and experimentation concepts
Experience working with dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools)
Exposure to B2B, affiliate, partner marketing, or marketplace models
