Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain AI-driven cloud pipelines for marketing automation and internal operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing systems
Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to automate development processes and optimize pipelines
Establish best practices for AI tooling, cloud infrastructure, and system scalability
Mentor team members, contribute to design discussions, and drive technical decisions
Quickly adapt to new problem domains and take end-to-end ownership of projects
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of backend engineering experience, ideally with cloud, DevOps, full-stack, or data infrastructure
Proven ability to architect end-to-end systems, reason about trade-offs, and scale solutions
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
Experience with AI tooling and AI-assisted coding workflows
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with frequent context switching
Preferred

Collaborative and proactive problem solver, balancing competing priorities
Capable of abstracting problems and applying solutions to new domains
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain what was built, why, and its impact
