Responsibilities
Design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation
Manage software development and support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
Estimate software development costs and schedule
Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time and improving current techniques
Formulate and define specifications for software applications or modify and maintain existing applications using engineering releases and utilities from the manufacturer
Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
Instruct, direct, and check the work of other task personnel
Responsible for quality assurance review and the evaluation of existing and new software products
Qualification
Required
Strong background in analytics development
Experience with Python
at least eight (8) years of work experience in a similar field and a Bachelor's degree in related discipline
Alternatively, the candidate may have twelve (12) years of experience and a High School Diploma
or ten (10) years of experience and an Associate's degree
or six (6) years of experience and a Master's degree
or four (4) years of experience and a Doctorate
