Head of TikTok Shop & Social Commerce
STERRY is seeking a Head of TikTok Shop who will leverage their expertise to elevate clients' brands on TikTok through a high-volume creator engine. The role involves managing a network of affiliates, overseeing content production, and optimizing the TikTok Shop funnel for growth.

Responsibilities
Architect the Affiliate Swarm: Manage a network of 1,000+ affiliates. You will identify the creators and provide them with the creative briefs to ensure their content converts while staying "on-brand."
The 5-Account Multiplier: Lead the strategy for our 5 linked TikTok accounts
The Content Lab: Oversee the production of 3–5 daily pieces of content. You understand the what hooks convert
Logistics & Growth: Own the end-to-end TikTok Shop funnel. From sample approval in the Seller Center to scaling Spark Ads on top of creator winners
Qualification
Required
Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
Ability to manage a network of 1,000+ affiliates
Experience in leading strategy for multiple linked TikTok accounts
Ability to oversee the production of 3–5 daily pieces of content
Understanding of TikTok Shop's algorithm
Experience managing a $1M+/month TikTok Shop
