Responsibilities
Assemble: Ensure completeness and accuracy of authorization documentation; coordinate initial and reauthorization packages through ISSM and AO review
Maintain: understanding of AO-defined risk boundaries and continually update authorization documentation
Approve: only activities covered under existing authorizations and ensure transparency with AO decisions
Manage onboarding/termination of contractor staff and maintain quality of all deliverables and work products

Required
Must have Active Top Secret Security Clearance
ISSM personnel must demonstrate senior-level cybersecurity expertise, meeting NNSA/DoD 8140 (or equivalent) requirements
Extensive experience managing authorizations and risk governance across enterprise systems
