Senior Solutions Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans in partnership with Global Product Marketing (GPC), Regional Marketing team, US Sales and Sales Operations team
Lead the creation and deployment of US Sales Enablement materials (e.g., decks, one-sheets, case studies) to support adoption and revenue growth across RTB House’s products and solutions in the US
Design and implement scalable, systemized sales playbooks for the US customer-facing organization to capitalize on incremental revenue during high-volume seasonal spikes
Craft sales playbooks to support new product features and or launches for customer-facing, revenue producing teams
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of high-performing outbound campaigns (e.g., email cadences, direct mail, targeted calling sequences) to penetrate new markets and drive qualified, sales-ready leads
Design compelling content in tandem with our GPC team for our mainstage speaking opportunities in the US
Craft overall agendas and play a lead role in content development for US RTB House proprietary events (RTB Day)
Develop, execute, and manage high-impact, multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting strategic, high-value accounts to accelerate US pipeline generation and expansion revenue
Drive alignment between global Product Marketing and US Sales and Account Management to ensure consistent messaging and positioning
Measure and optimize enablement efforts based on adoption metrics and revenue performance

Required

8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Sales Enablement, and/or Solutions Marketing within adtech, martech, or enterprise SaaS
Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technology into simple, value-driven messaging
Strong presentation skills and experience liaising with Sales and Account Management teams on product positioning and client engagement
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Solid understanding of adtech/martech products and market dynamics
