Client Service Representative
Clockwork Concepts is seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to enhance customer experience and promote brand loyalty. The CSR will drive sales through promotional events and will interact with customers to ensure a positive brand experience.

Responsibilities
Manage promotional events and increase company outreach in assigned territories
Successfully secure new customer accounts to ensure revenue growth for the client
Respond to potential customers with inquiries about products and services, as well as other customer service-related inquiries
Collaborate with our internal sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for organizational growth
Engage in internal training programs to enhance your knowledge of new and existing product offerings
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years or Bachelor's a PLUS
6 months+ of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role
Positive attitude with the ability to provide innovative solutions
Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment
