Lead and manage multiple large-scale civil infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships
Oversee and mentor a team of eight engineers and designers, supporting professional development and team growth
Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department
Qualification
Required
Licensed PE (Civil Engineer)
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Extensive project management experience
Strong client-facing skills
Leadership skills
Communication skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities
