Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and cross-functional contributors, fostering a culture of accountability and growth

Define program goals, success metrics, and strategic alignment across multiple interconnected initiatives

Build and maintain integrated program roadmaps, ensuring clarity of priorities, timelines, and resource needs

Drive execution of complex programs, ensuring milestones are achieved and workstreams remain aligned

Establish and manage program governance structures, communication rhythms, and executive reporting

Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and operational constraints, and guide teams through resolution

Partner with senior leaders to secure resources, remove obstacles, and maintain organizational alignment

Serve as the primary point of contact for program updates, delivering clear, actionable communication to executives and stakeholders

Enhance program management processes, tools, and best practices to increase organizational efficiency and predictability

Lead post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement across teams and functions

Oversee program budgets and forecasting, ensuring financial accuracy and optimal resource utilization

Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence without authority to drive outcomes across technical and business teams
