Business Development Manager, Healthcare

Catalyst Workplace Activation is a leading provider of inspiring spaces, specializing in furniture and design for healthcare environments. The Business Development Manager will grow sales and market share within health systems and hospitals by building long-term relationships and guiding projects from pursuit through completion.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue and margin growth across health systems, hospitals, and clinical settings
Understand healthcare clients’ goals, capital plans, and operational priorities
Build trusted relationships with healthcare stakeholders and industry partners
Work with customer support to provide timely responses to customer requests for products, services, and/or information
Proactively prospect within existing health systems and new healthcare accounts
Manage a focused, up-to-date healthcare business plan
Clearly articulate Catalyst’s healthcare expertise and differentiators
Close new and repeat healthcare business
Track all leads, prospects, and customer opportunities in CRM
Maintain profitable customer relationships and manage contract terms & conditions
Negotiate contracts, pricing and discounts
Provide accurate sales forecasts and projections
Meet or exceed sales targets determined by Sales Leadership
Work cooperatively with internal and external team members; including interface with Catalyst teams, Falkbuilt and other manufacturers, subcontractors, etc
Attend all internal sales and team meetings
Participate as a positive team member with all Catalyst personnel
Model and practice Catalyst values

Required

Three to five years of successful healthcare sales experience

Market Presence - You have established, trusted relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, including General Contractors, A&D firms, and healthcare real estate and facilities teams

Preferred
