Required

1-2 years of experience within the pharma or regulated industries, or a strong graduate with a solid internship background
Knowledge of quality systems, GMP, and regulatory standards
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
A degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
At least 1-2 years' hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or equivalent
Demonstrated familiarity with working within regulated industries and adhering to strict compliance standards
This is a fully on-site role

Preferred

Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related software
Knowledge of validation processes or audit preparation
Relevant certifications in quality or regulatory affairs
