Manager - Staff Training & Development
Meridian Behavioral Healthcare is a trusted provider of compassionate care for individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. They are seeking a Manager for Training & Development to oversee HRIS and training databases, identify training needs, and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update HRIS and training databases; ensure accurate new-hire data entry
Partner with managers to identify training needs, design solutions, and ensure compliance with organizational and statutory requirements
Assess recurring performance issues and recommend development plans; coordinate evaluations and disciplinary programs
Manage internal and external learning systems, resources, and training budgets for efficiency and effectiveness
Align training strategies with organizational goals; evaluate training impact on business performance
Develop and deliver training programs, including curriculum design, course objectives, evaluations, and materials (manuals, e-learning, workshops)
Monitor and report on required training for all positions; maintain training calendars and compliance plans
Stay current on training trends and best practices; facilitate management training and 'train-the-trainer' programs
Provide input on HR policy enhancements; maintain proactive customer service and collaboration across departments
Manage training budget, ensure attention to detail, and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in science, Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management
Five years of professional training/development experience
