Responsibilities
Educates and advises students on event planning and coordination for campus-wide programs
Manages event logistics, communication, outreach, and administrative processes to ensure successful program execution
Coordinating meetings and events
Maintaining records
Ensuring policy compliance
Serving as a key contact for students and campus partners
Supports assessment and reporting
Budget tracking
Special projects that advance Student Government programming and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of related work experience OR Master's Degree and one (1) year of related work experience
Related Experience: Student development in higher education, civic engagement, advising of student organizations, and event planning and management or related experience
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership in program development
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive results
