Responsibilities

The drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts including services, consulting, marketing, licensing, non-disclosure, data privacy, and other commercial related agreements under the supervision of one or more attorneys

Understanding the Company and products in order to identify risks, develop solutions, mitigation and negotiation strategies

Inputting of completed contracts into the contract management system and capture key terms

Utilizing a variety of platforms to assist the team with the contract management process and guidelines

Other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree

Paralegal Certification

Preferred

2+ years of in-house corporate legal experience

Experience reviewing detailed documents including contract terms and conditions

Professional team-player with a willingness to take initiative

Ability to develop and maintain established relationships with key internal stakeholders, system account manager and support team

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications

Flexible and willing to respond to unanticipated issues and constantly reprioritize based on business demands

Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
