Responsibilities

Manage daily billing operations, including recurring, usage-based, and transactional invoicing
Ensure accurate, timely invoicing in accordance with customer contracts and company policies
Oversee billing system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
Partner with Accounting on month-end close, reconciliations, and revenue support
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and internal controls
Lead, coach, and develop billing team members
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred
5+ years of billing or accounting experience, including team leadership
Strong understanding of billing processes and internal controls
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred

NetSuite experience strongly preferred
Zone Billing experience a plus
SaaS / subscription-based business experience a plus
Experience with high-volume or usage-based billing models
Familiarity with ASC 606 concepts is a plus
