Responsibilities
Lead the Change Management process to evaluate and implement client technical changes
Prepare and negotiate quotes for impacts due to engineering changes
Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure smooth production transitions
Organize and manage pre-series events with suppliers and internal teams
Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and product data management (PDM)
Collaborate closely with major clients like Tesla and FCA on project requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Knowledge of engineering design principles, CAD, and product development
Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 9001:2015, and quality management systems
English required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
Frequent walking, bending, and occasional forklift operation (valid driver's license required)
Preferred
SAP experience preferred
Spanish/German/French a plus
