Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to support the design, application, and testing of ball applications
Lead process development for new products, prototypes, and process phases utilizing APQP methodology, including process flow creation, PFMEA, and process specification documentation
Analyze manufacturing processes during new product launches to optimize costs, improve quality, enhance delivery performance, and meet internal and customer targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
2+ years of experience in product and process development within manufacturing environments
Proven project management skills with familiarity in APQP, PFMEA, and capability to develop process flow diagrams
Strong understanding of industry standards - IATF16949 and AS9100
Expertise in process analysis, root cause analysis, and applying Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
