Responsibilities
Support the learning and development of independent sales teams in local markets through training, coaching, and ongoing guidance

Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales management and business development
Strong skills in strategic planning, lead generation, and client relationship management

Ability to work independently and manage a remote sales team
Experience in the HVAC industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
