Mid, Senior LevelTranscend Softech LLC is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and optimize machine learning models and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and modern AI/ML tools, with hands-on experience in developing and tuning algorithms for real-world applications.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and train machine learning models for various AI/ML use cases
Develop and fine-tune algorithms and frameworks, including Generative AI and Neural Networks
Work with advanced AI technologies such as Agentic AI and MCP servers
Implement and optimize AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain , LangGraph , and A2A on Google Cloud
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in AI/ML model design, development, and training
Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and MCP server environments
Proficiency in frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and A2A
Solid understanding of algorithm development and tuning for AI/ML applications
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
