Responsibilities
Lead the end to end recruitment for all critical roles at SystImmune, including but not limited to roles in research, clinical, and corporate functions
Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans
Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs
Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
Oversee pre-employment verification processes
Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval
Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related majors
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in supporting clinical team is a plus
Preferred
Bilingual in Chinese and English
