Responsibilities
Test and qualify resin products using specialized instruments
Accurately record, report, and analyze test results
Complete production work-orders following established procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
Adhere to ISO 9001, EH&S, and corporate quality policies
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment; bachelor's in Chemistry or Biotechnology preferred
Knowledge of Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices (GLP/GMP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to read SOPs, follow instructions, and work independently
Compliance with GMP, QSRs, ISO, and IVD regulations
English literacy (reading, writing, comprehension)
Basic math skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred
Bachelor's in Chemistry or Biotechnology
Hands-on lab experience preferred; familiarity with chromatography software is a plus
