Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting cycle for multiple roles across the company
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements
Write clear, accurate job descriptions and job ads
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and creative outreach
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and recommend top candidates
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the process
Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
Maintain accurate records in our ATS and track key recruiting metrics
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Support employer branding, recruiting events, and special HR projects
Ensure hiring practices follow all company policies and employment laws
Manage candidate assessments, including the Culture Index survey
These are the main responsibilities, but other tasks may be assigned to support the HR team and company goals
Qualification
Required
Have a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
Bring recruiting experience in restoration, remediation, or similar fields - that's a strong plus
Have 3–4 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house, both work!)
Are confident speaking with candidates and managers
Stay organized and calm even when juggling several roles at once
Know how to find talent beyond job boards
Enjoy building relationships and creating a positive candidate experience
Can recruit top talent while embedding them into EDS's strong, team-first culture
Are detail-oriented and comfortable keeping accurate records
Are tech-savvy and familiar with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Are proactive, dependable, and quick to follow up
Can represent EDS professionally and warmly in every interaction
Preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
