Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of Safety protocols, processes and procedures
Deep understanding of industry specific estimating and engineering best practices
Identify change events and implement change management best practices
Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards
Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and cost forecasting
Report and read out project information to all stakeholders as needed
Ability to develop and manage project schedules
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Qualification
Required
Extensive knowledge of Safety protocols, processes and procedures
Deep understanding of industry specific estimating and engineering best practices

Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards
Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and cost forecasting

Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
Min 5 yrs experience in the construction industry in management or leadership role
Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods - lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design-build, time and material
Preferred
Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred
Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30 Hour certification
BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM)
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
