The Finance Implementation & Customer Success Manager will support customers in implementing and adopting JustPaid, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer implementations, from onboarding and configuration through full go-live
Understand each customer’s revenue model, billing workflows, and finance stack, and configure JustPaid accordingly
Migrate and validate customer data related to quotes, contracts, invoices, and customers
Train finance and operations teams to confidently use JustPaid in their day-to-day workflows
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers during implementation and post-launch
Drive product adoption, identify workflow improvements, and surface expansion opportunities
Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, bugs, and feature requests
Help define and refine implementation best practices, templates, and internal documentation
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
2+ years in finance, accounting, audit, revenue operations, or financial systems
Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, AR, revenue workflows, or quote-to-cash processes
High technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems quickly
Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to translate messy real-world finance workflows into clean system configurations
Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple implementations at once
Clear, confident communicator who can work directly with senior finance leaders
Problem-solver who enjoys untangling complexity and building better systems
Growth-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve how things work
Preferred
2+ years in customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting for a B2B SaaS product
Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience supporting finance teams
Bonus: experience with tools like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, HubSpot, or Salesforce
