Responsibilities

Prospect, onboard, and grow new shipping customers in truckload, LTL, or intermodal

Manage day-to-day communication with clients and ensure high service levels

Collaborate with carrier sales and support teams to execute freight movements

Use internal tools and CRM systems to manage pipeline, pricing, and quoting

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin goals

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight brokerage or 3PL sales role

Proven ability to generate and retain business in a competitive environment

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Knowledge of TMS platforms, CRM tools, and freight market dynamics

Preferred

Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Toledo, OH area for this onsite role
