Energy Sales Manager
CarbonBetter is a sustainability consulting and energy logistics firm that helps organizations transition to a net-zero future. They are seeking an Energy Sales Manager to launch and lead a door-to-door sales team in Ohio's Cleveland/DEO territory, focusing on customer growth and experience while managing a team of sales agents.

Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales agents
Drive daily field execution
Build a strong training and performance culture
Own top line customer growth and customer experience in the territory
Partner closely with Austin-based leadership and teams across operations, pricing, and customer care
Qualification
Required
2+ years of retail energy sales experience
Proven results driving customer growth via door-to-door/field sales
Working knowledge of D2D regulations, compliance, and field operations best practices
Experience hiring and retaining 1099/contract sales agents and maintaining team productivity at scale
Customer-experience focused leader with a coaching mindset and strong training capability
Clear communicator who can work independently and collaborate effectively with HQ
Preferred
Management/recruiting and compensation plan design experience strongly preferred
