Responsibilities

Deliver and manage the SLED territory business quota, overseeing business managed by Temp/Vendor/Contractors
Develop and execute a programmatic sales strategy for the SLED Territory (SMB) business
Develop and execute sales plays to drive new business and expand existing accounts
Partner directly with the Channel/partner organization to co-develop GTM sales plays, bill of materials and product/solution offerings
Serve as a critical team member of the GTM and SLED organizations, acting as the connective tissue across GTM leadership team and critical imperatives

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program or project management in a sales or go-to-market organization
8 years of experience working with executive stakeholders
Experience carrying a sales quota
Experience in people management

Preferred

Experience working with the US Public Sector or IT infrastructure, cloud and digital transformations
Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals
Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-moving environments, with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to build highly effective relationships, cross-functional executive stakeholder management and leadership through influence
Excellent program management, problem-solving skills, combined with business judgment and communication skills
