Responsibilities
Providing superior client service to maximize client satisfaction and retention
Actively manage client usage, proactively resolve client issues, and help high-level executives at top US companies gain maximum value from their subscriptions
Training and ongoing support on Equilar’s research, products, and services to ensure clients have the information necessary to continue their subscription
Manage annual renewal cycles for a 7-figure book of business of 75-100 accounts
Upsell/Cross-Sell. Equilar’s account managers identify, cultivate, and close additional revenue opportunities to fuel Equilar’s continued growth and reinforce Equilar’s standing as a mission-critical partner to our clients
Qualification
Preferred
BS/BA degree or equivalent military/practical experience required
Experience in client services, account management, inside sales/SDR, HR, or compensation
Experience working in enterprise data software, financial services, legal tech, SaaS, or HR tech industries
