Client Solutions - Legal Spend Management

The Director for Legal Spend Management will oversee client relationships for the Managed Bill Review solution, driving client success and ensuring the delivery of the full MBR value proposition.

Responsibilities
Own and manage client relationships across an assigned portfolio
Prepare and communicate complex analytics clearly to senior client stakeholders
Deliver legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc)
Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training and analytics
Maintain regular contact with key decision makers and stakeholders and lead stewardship meetings where appropriate
Collaborate with the MBR team on day-to-day client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues where appropriate
Articulate client needs and objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions and drive resolution of identified issues, escalating where needed
Ensure client objectives are clearly documented and actively monitored for progress toward achievement
Ensure timely approval of all project documents, specifications, change requests, test results, and deliverables, while maintaining budget and timeline compliance
Recommend improvements to the customer lifecycle and internal processes
Partner with product and engineering teams on design and testing priorities
Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track results, following escalation procedures where appropriate (stakeholder interviews, etc.)
Stay current on MBR products/services and industry trends
Travel to client sites as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and macros)
Strong organizational skills to manage action items across 20 – 30 enterprise clients
Skilled in building senior-level relationships and influencing stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
Experienced in building customer relationships using remote communication tools (phone, video, web training)
Practical knowledge of SQL and report writing
Analytical, process-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and analytical skills; able to simplify complex concepts
Confident presenter and trainer for group sessions
3+ years of Experience in Customer Facing role in the Enterprise Software Industry
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Preferred experience in either the legal, claims, or risk and insurance industry
