They are seeking an experienced Aerostructure-Mechanical Inspector - 2nd Shift Lead to ensure that final products meet drawing requirements and specifications while leading a team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring that final products meet drawing requirements and specifications through thorough inspection processes

Lead for the shift that attends management meetings and helps the inspectors with Q&A

Report to the Inspection Supervisor and collaborate effectively as part of the inspection team

Identify and document any damage or nonconformance issues and conduct investigations into these discrepancies

In-process and final inspections of sheet metal final assembly installations on aircraft components such as fuselage, wings, flaps, landing gears, and tail assemblies

Maintain accurate inspection logs, write detailed inspection reports, and handle a variety of moderately complex tasks

Frequent collaboration with individuals from other departments to ensure quality standards are consistently met
