Responsibilities

Leading projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations

Developing detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations

Coordinating cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, clients, and external vendors

Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues promptly

Conducting regular status meetings and providing clear updates to stakeholders

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

Documenting project milestones, deliverables, and lessons learned

Identifying and implementing process improvements to support scalable project management practices

Required

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment

Strong analytical skills and a track record of data-driven decision making

Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight

Proven experience in change management and risk mitigation

Preferred

MBA or other advanced degree
